Brokify serves as an affiliate platform connecting buyers to third-party merchants. As such, Brokify does not sell products directly. All products are sold and shipped by the respective merchants listed on our platform. Refunds for purchases are subject to the refund and return policies of the specific merchant.
2. Refund Eligibility
Brokify facilitates purchases by connecting customers with external merchants. Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- The merchant with whom the purchase was made offers a refund and the customer follows their refund process.
- Refund requests must be made directly through the merchant in accordance with their return/refund policy.
- Brokify is not responsible for refund decisions made by merchants and cannot intervene in disputes between customers and merchants.
3. Commission Refunds
For affiliates:
- If a sale is refunded by the merchant, any commission earned from that sale will be deducted from the affiliate's Brokify account.
- If a commission has already been withdrawn, the refunded amount will be debited from future commissions earned.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
- Digital goods or services unless explicitly stated by the merchant.
- Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" by the merchant.

5. Refund Process
For affiliates requesting refunds on commission-related issues, such as incorrect payment or account issues:
- Submit a refund request to Brokify’s support team via the Contact Us page.
- Include the following details:
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Order ID or commission details
- A detailed explanation of the refund request
- Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request.
6. Refund Timeframes
Once a refund is approved:
- For product refunds (handled by the merchant), please refer to the merchant's policy for the timeframe.
- For commission refunds (handled by Brokify), the amount will be credited to your Brokify account within 7-10 business days.
7. Changes to the Policy
Brokify reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
